You must be 18 years or older to use this Site. By using this Site, you confirm that you are legally competent and agree to abide by these Terms.

3. User-Generated Content (UGC)

All content posted by users, including reports, comments, attachments, and ratings, constitutes User-Generated Content (UGC). escammer.org is a hosting intermediary only and does not assume editorial responsibility or legal ownership of any user content.

UGC Disclaimer:

• We do not verify the factual accuracy of submitted reports.

• Reports reflect individual experiences and opinions, not verified claims or legal findings.

• We are not a law enforcement authority, court, or adjudicative body.

4. Hosting & Server Liability Waiver

escammer.org operates through third-party servers and cloud infrastructure. The platform:

• Does not control server content post-submission except for moderation and technical compliance;

• Is not responsible for third-party access, takedown requests, or outages caused by server providers;

• May temporarily or permanently remove data for security, compliance, or legal mitigation reasons without prior notice.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove content that threatens the operational stability, security, or legal standing of the server infrastructure.

5. Legal Responsibility of Users

You acknowledge that you are fully and solely responsible for the content you submit, and agree to indemnify escammer.org, its administrators, partners, and server operators from:

• All civil claims, criminal liability, or regulatory action resulting from your submission;

• Allegations of defamation, copyright infringement, harassment, or false information;

• Any damages, legal fees, or losses incurred by third parties.

6. No Legal Advice or Endorsement

escammer.org does not provide legal advice, adjudication, or fact-certification. Submissions and responses are for informational and public interest purposes only. Users should consult qualified legal counsel before acting on any information found on this Site.

7. Limited Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, escammer.org shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data, profits, reputation, or service availability;

• Misuse or misinterpretation of any report or commentary;

• Technical failure, content removal, or forced compliance with server/provider policies;

• Any damages resulting from legal claims initiated by third parties.

This includes protection under safe harbour/intermediary laws (e.g., Section 230 of the U.S. Communications Decency Act, EU Digital Services Act, German Telemedia Act, or equivalent).

8. Notice & Takedown Procedure

If you believe any content infringes your rights or violates applicable law, please contact us via legal@escammer.org with:

• The specific URL(s);

• Detailed nature of your claim;

• Supporting legal or factual evidence;

• Your full name, legal status, and contact information.

We reserve the right to evaluate and act upon claims at our sole discretion, without guaranteeing removal.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or delete any user account, without notice, for reasons including:

• Submitting false, malicious, or abusive content;

• Violating the rights of others;

• Disrupting site integrity or engaging in technical manipulation;

• Repeated server policy violations.

10. Jurisdiction & Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, unless superseded by the data protection or intermediary laws of the country from which the platform is accessed.

All legal disputes shall be settled under the jurisdiction of the courts in Berlin, Germany, unless otherwise determined by applicable international law.

11. Modifications to Terms
